7-Day Return Policy

You can return most products within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Product is in original, unopened packaging
  • All accessories, manuals, warranty cards, and free gifts are included
  • Product is unused and in resalable condition
  • Original invoice is provided
  • No physical damage or signs of use

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless defective:

  • Software products (opened packages)
  • Customized or configured systems
  • Accessories with broken seals
  • Consumables (toners, cartridges, cables) once opened
  • Products purchased on special promotion or clearance sale
  • Gift cards and vouchers

How to Return a Product

Step 1: Request Return

Contact our customer service via email or phone with your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Get RMA Number

We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 24 hours.

Step 3: Pack & Ship

Pack the product securely with RMA number visible. Ship to our return address or schedule pickup.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund

Once received, we inspect the product and process your refund within 7-14 business days.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for the same product or an equivalent product of the same value. If the replacement product has a higher value, you will need to pay the difference.

  • Size/color exchanges: Free (if available)
  • Exchange shipping: Free if defective, otherwise customer pays

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately:

  • Report defects within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos/videos of the defect
  • We will arrange free pickup and replacement
  • Option for refund or exchange
  • No questions asked - full refund guaranteed

Warranty Returns

For warranty-related issues after the 7-day return period:

  • Contact us or the manufacturer directly
  • We facilitate warranty claims with manufacturers
  • Repair, replacement, or refund as per manufacturer's warranty terms
  • Warranty period varies by product (check product page)
  • Original invoice required for warranty claims
