Return & Refund Policy
At Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C, we prioritize transparency and enterprise-level reliability. If you are not entirely satisfied with your premium IT hardware purchase, we're here to help.
1. General Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your hardware must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in the original, untampered packaging (including all intact anti-static bags and seals).
2. B2B & Server Component Exceptions
Due to the sensitive nature of IT infrastructure, specific products including bulk servers, custom-configured storage arrays, and software licenses are considered Final Sale once unboxed, unless a verified manufacturer defect is immediately reported. Please thoroughly verify all specs via quotes before fulfilling POs.
3. Refunds Process
Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the hardware. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). Standard routing times depend on your card issuer's policies, typically 7-14 business days.
4. Shipping for Returns
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to a strictly verified error on our part (e.g. incorrect SKU dispatched). Initial shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping will be deducted from your refund.
5. Contacting Returns Support
For urgent RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) requests, please bypass regular queues and email our specialized department directly at info@serverzonecomputer.com with your Invoice number and serial tags.
