Return & Refund Policy

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

How to request a return

1. Contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving your order. Send your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging by phone/WhatsApp (+97142514997) or email (info@serverzonecomputer.com), or submit the RMA request form.
2. Receive approval. We review your request and confirm whether the return is approved. You will get an RMA reference number.
3. Send the item. Pack it with all accessories in its original packaging, write the RMA number on the parcel and send or bring it to the address shown below.
4. Inspection. We inspect the returned item and tell you the result.
5. Refund in 7–14 business days after an approved inspection, to the original payment method (or by bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders).

Start a return request (RMA)

1. Returns Eligibility

You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Return Window: 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Seals: Factory seals must be intact for a full refund.
• Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or invoice is required.

2. Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If a product is defective out of the box (DOA), please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate an immediate replacement or full refund after the defect has been verified.

3. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the result. Approved refunds are paid within 7–14 business days after inspection.

4. Restocking Fees

A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply for returns of items that are not defective but have been opened, or if the original packaging is damaged, at the discretion of Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C.
