GCC International Shipping
We provide reliable express shipping to our corporate and retail clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. Rates are calculated as a flat fee per standard shipment.

In-Store Collection & Display
Customers are welcome to visit our physical showroom in Bur Dubai to view products "on display" or to collect their "Buy Online" orders.
- Showroom View: Customers can view "on display" hardware at our Bur Dubai location before purchasing.

- Pickup Hours: Saturday - Thursday (10 AM - 9 PM)
- In-Store Shipping Details: Same-day pickup is available. If you choose to have a "on display" item delivered, the standard UAE shipping fee (30 AED or Free over 1000 AED) applies with a 0-4 business day delivery estimate.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
International Delivery
For international shipments outside the GCC, Server Zone provides specialized crating and export documentation. Please contact our international sales desk at info@serverzonecomputer.com for a custom freight quote.
