Orders confirmed before 2:00 PM GST are dispatched the same working day. Business days are Mon–Sat (excluding public holidays). Delivery fees are inclusive of VAT.

Delivery outside the UAE (GCC)

GCC orders are shipped by courier for a flat fee per standard shipment. Delivery times start after dispatch.

Orders are processed after we confirm them. You will receive a notification when your order has been dispatched. Delivery times in the table above are counted in business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays) from dispatch.

Fee: Free pickup. If you ask for an item at the showroom to be delivered, the standard UAE delivery fee and time above apply.
