Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Server Zone Computer Trading L.L.C, we are committed to delivering your IT solutions quickly and securely across the United Arab Emirates and globally.

1. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all emirates within the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah). We also facilitate export and shipping to GCC countries and international destinations upon request and arrangement.

2. Delivery Timeframes (UAE)

  • Dubai: Same-day delivery for in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM GST.
  • Other Emirates: Next-day delivery for in-stock orders placed before 4:00 PM GST.
  • Custom Configurations / Servers: Build-to-order servers or custom workstation configurations may require an additional 1-3 business days for assembly, testing, and delivery.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. Depending on the order volume and total value, complimentary delivery may be provided for enterprise and B2B clients within the UAE.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a notification with contact details for our driver or a tracking number if handled by a third-party logistics partner.
