Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM UAE time
- Orders placed on Fridays or public holidays will be processed the next business day
- You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order
- A tracking number will be provided once your order is dispatched
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS notification with delivery updates
- Real-time tracking through our website or courier partner's website
- Delivery notification when package is out for delivery
Delivery Terms
Receiving Your Package
- A signature is required upon delivery
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package
- Valid Emirates ID or identification may be required
- Inspect the package for any visible damage before signing
Failed Delivery Attempts
If delivery fails due to:
- Incorrect address provided by customer
- Recipient not available
- Refusal to accept package
We will make up to 3 delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, the package will be returned to our warehouse, and a restocking fee of AED 50 may apply for reshipment.
Heavy/Bulky Items
For large items such as servers, workstations, or bulk orders:
- Delivery may require 3-7 business days
- Ground floor delivery only (unless elevator is available)
- Additional charges may apply for above 3rd floor delivery
- Advance notification will be provided for scheduling
- Installation services available at additional cost
International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within the United Arab Emirates. For international orders or inquiries about shipping to GCC countries, please contact our sales team at info@serverzonecomputer.com
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or goes missing:
- Report damaged packages within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged package and item
- Keep all original packaging materials
- We will arrange for replacement or refund within 7 business days
- For lost packages, we will investigate with courier and resolve within 10 business days
